Use only items that have good ingrediants listed on the label. Remember, if you can't pronounce it or don't know what it is; Don't Buy It!

Garlic Stuffed Olives.
Organic seasoning (buy at Coscto same ingrediants as Mrs. Dash) I use in all my dishes and salads for great flavor.
Chutneys - pear, ginger, mango, tropical etc. I blend in blender and can be used as marinate on fish ...fabulous can order online at Valido's Gourmet www.validosgourmet.com they run between $5.00 & $6.00 a jar but are fabulous if you want a really unique flavor on fish.
Zorba Vine leaves stuffed with rice - be sure to rinse and then drizzle with evo and lemon juice serve with artichokes, stuffed olives, roasted red peppers great antipasti dish!
Variety of Grains- Long Grain Brown Rice, Sweet Brown Rice used mixed with Short Grain Brown Rice for Suschi dishes, Barley, Millet, Polenta: Steel Cut Oats, Oat Groats, Wheat Berries.
Legumes - Red and Green Lentils, Variety of Beans (organic) Red, Fava, Pinto, Black, Cannelli, Lima, Great Northern, Black Eye Peas,Split Peas ( I do have both dried and organic canned for quick recipes) I use dried beans for sprouting for Raw Food Dishes.
Potatoes - Gold Youkon, red, sweet potatoes.
Whole Grain Pasta's, Rice Pasta, Asian Noodles, etc.
Nuts and Seeds, (Raw for cooking and salads if possible) buy variety.
Flax Seeds.
Variety of Organic Fruits and Vegtables.
Sugars: Organic Agave, Brown Rice syrup, Organic Molasses, variety of honeys, yacon syrup, good quality maple syrup low glycemic is agave, brown rice syrup and yacon syrup.
Milk Substitues - Rice Milk, Almond Milk, Coconut Milk (you can now buy half and half Coconut Milk).
Spices - Chili Powder, cumin, corriander, parsley, oregeno, Italian Seasoning, red pepper flakes, cayanne
pepper, Nutritional Yeast (tastes like cheese), curry powder, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, tumeric, cilantro, jalepeno, nutmeg, and cinammon, just to name a few.
Vegan Gravies - you will be supprised just how delicious!

Dehydrator - We bought the cheap one to start but upgraded to an Excalibur as we did more. Found that the square trays were MUCH easier to make raw breads and other flat items. The round designs were too difficult to work with.
Food Processer - Cuisinart $249.00 at bed bath and beyond using a 20% off coupon it helps but best of food processers 12 cup 2 bowl processer very nice.

Wheat Grass Juicer - 49.95 must have if you juice wheat grass no other machine can do it. It will gum up other machines. We tried it :).
